This Privacy Policy explains how Aashapura LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with DeepLens at search.chakrakali.com. DeepLens is self-hosted: your searches are processed on our own infrastructure and are not sold to third parties.
2. Information we collect
Account information you provide when you sign in (such as your email). Usage information such as the custom queries you run and basic request metadata needed to operate the Service. Pre-generated example searches require no account and collect no personal data beyond standard server logs.
We do not require, and ask that you do not submit, sensitive personal data in your queries.
3. How we use information
To provide, secure, and improve the Service; to run your searches and generate synthesised summaries; to enforce usage limits and billing; and to communicate with you about the Service. If you opt in to the Chakra newsletter, we use your email to send it (you can unsubscribe at any time).
4. AI processing
Custom queries and the retrieved results are sent to our self-hosted language-model tier to generate a summary. We do not use your Input to train third-party foundation models.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
We keep account and usage information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise them, contact [email protected].
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
