1. Overview
This policy explains how billing works for DeepLens at search.chakrakali.com, operated by Aashapura LLC. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
2. Free access
Pre-generated example searches are free, require no account, and have no usage limit. You only pay when you run your own custom queries beyond any included allowance.
3. Subscriptions & credits
DeepLens is offered as a subscription and/or credit-based model. Subscription: recurring access billed monthly or annually, renewing automatically until cancelled. Credits: prepaid packs consumed per custom run, applied to your account on purchase. Current prices are shown at checkout. Prices may change prospectively with notice; the price charged for a billing period will not change mid-period.
4. Billing & renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price using your payment method on file. We may attempt to recharge a failed payment. You authorize these recurring charges until you cancel.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
6. Refunds
Subscriptions: if you are dissatisfied, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the initial charge and we will review your request in good faith; refunds are at our reasonable discretion unless a longer statutory right applies.
Credits: consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used.
Statutory rights: nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under local law (e.g., EU/UK cooling-off rights).
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first at [email protected] — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
8. Taxes
Prices may exclude applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST), which will be added where required.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted at search.chakrakali.com with a new effective date.
